This Girl Can...

This summer sees a wide range of FREE sporting activity on offer across the whole of Ipswich which aims to get young people active.

Our sessions are for girls and young ladies. You can get hot and sweaty, you can be a beginner or an expert, it doesn’t matter who you are. All that matters is that you are there. To get a flavour of what this programme is about go to www.thisgirlcan.co.uk.

Here in Ipswich girls between 12-18 years old can swim in their own pool, punch themselves active in their own BoxFit session and smash their way through summer in their own Badminton session. This is about trying something new and being yourself.
